I’m Cheryl and I blend mindfulness, yoga, and hypnotherapy to give you simple tools for everyday calm and balance.

I began this work in 2010 after experiencing how effective these practices are for easing panic and anxiety. Since then, I’ve added yoga and breathwork for both adults and kids.

I’m here to offer a supportive space and real-world tools you can use to reset, breathe, and feel steadier.



What you will learn in your mindful reset

Lets work together to practice breathwork, grounding, gentle movement, NLP and hypnotherapy. Simple nervous system resets you can use everyday.

Who it’s for


Online sessions are focused on adults & older teens who want to feel calmer, more grounded. I do offer workshops and online courses for younger children.

How I work


Our 1:1 sessions are shaped around what you want to work on. I recommend starting with 4–5 sessions to build a strong base, and we can personalise the blend of hypnotherapy, relaxation, yoga, and mindfulness.

Results you’ll feel


Yoga, hypnotherapy and mindfulness are natural methods that all work to reduce your cortisol and increase your confidence , helping you feel calmer, refreshed and more in control.

Location


I am based on the southern side of Mornington Peninsula. In person 1:1 appointments will be available again early 2027, as well as smaller workshops for Teens.
